STORY.
Our background in catering and butchery and our passion for exceptional food led us to embark on a lockdown project in 2020: transforming a trailer into a mobile kitchen.
Meat Up was born, combining our expertise with our love for delicious cuisine on the move.
Fast forward to today, we are now very happy to say we have expanded and have our two food trailers which are busy serving up great food all over East Anglia, including Cambridge, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

We can serve from 40 to upwards of 500 people from our mobile and flexible vans, covering many events and different food styles.
We can tailor menus for specific requests and we cater for all allergens. We always have vegetarian and vegan options.
Fitted out with our own generators, we can also be off-grid.

We care about great produce.
We proudly source our top-quality meat from the highly regarded C.A Leech & Sons butcher in Melbourn, Hertfordshire.
All their meat comes from local selected farms and can be traced from pasture to pantry.
